Date 129 - You Had Me From Hello.

Date: Friday, September 19, 2014 - Saturday, September 20, 2014
Type: Wedding Weekend
Cost: $$$$$
Planned By: Amanda and Zak

The weekend started out with the Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner. We practiced the ceremony a few times and got to take a look at the beautiful reception location. Then we headed over to the Oakwood Cafe for dinner. The food was very good! Especially the Buckeye cake Michelle made for Zak.
The next morning all the girls met at Envisions Salon in Erie. One of Amanda's bridesmaids, Maria, works there. We all enjoyed some bagels, mimosas and a fun wedding morning playlist while we got our hair and makeup done.
Next, we relaxed at the Masonic Temple before the ceremony. We took some pictures, got dressed and chatted while we waited.
The ceremony was beautiful. There was a huge staircase all the girls walked down on our way to the aisle. It was so pretty. I do not have any photos from this time because I was a little busy.

Then we took formal pictures with all the family members. A hummer limo was waiting for the bridal party and took us to Frontier Park for some more fun photos. The limo was a lot of fun because I had never been in one.. I liked referring to it as a party bus!

We got back to the Masonic Temple around 6PM and got ready to walk in. We quickly got in to all the activities of the reception. The DJ started out with the adorable Shoelywed Game. Next, were the toasts. Michelle and I did a nice rendition of Mad Libs for our toast, and I think we got a bunch of laughs. The guys had nice toasts also. Dinner was pretty good and the wine we made at The Brew Mentor seemed to be a big hit.
We watched as Amanda and Zak cut the cake (That Michelle made) and had their first dance.
Later in the night we had a special sister dance to In My Life by the Beatles with each of our husbands in honor of our dad. It was very nice! Then we all had a shot.
The rest of the night consisted of dancing and having fun. Also Kenny Chesney made an appearance!
Adam and I had a wonderful time during Amanda and Zak's wedding weekend. The location was gorgeous and all the details really pulled everything together. We are so happy to have Zak in our family! The last of the sister weddings is over and we had a blast!
